Hi Robert!

Thanks for the nice work with cygwin. I have a question though...

Couldn't setup.exe be made to or included in "a package" that is the version
controlled, included in the package list and installed (by a previous
version of setup.exe) just like all other packages? In that way I won't need
to do special treatment to update setup.exe.
