I just tried it and saw the same problem. I just re-downloaded setup.exe to be
sure I had the most current version (2.125.2.5). Oddly, it worked fine from
ftp://mirrors.rcn.net last night.

The first error is:

setup.ini line 88: parse error, expecting '$'

All the rest are of the form:

setup.ini line NN: unrecognized line in setup.ini headers (do you have the
latest setup?)
