  thats excellent.

Win32 has a complete resolver built in. Writing a static libresolve.a
libary that is a trivial wrapper around that resolver should be quite
straight forward. I don't have time myself just now, but I'll happily
contribute suggestions should you wish to write the resolver and need
assistance.
