Yes, and it delivers mail;)

In fact this mail was send by Exim hosted on Ctgwin!

Found the configuration switch which turns off the lookup of
/etc/services.  It seems getservbyname() from bind doesn't work
on Cygwin;(

I hope somone has the time to implement the resolver for cygwin...
