Hi all.

I have just installed Cygwin 1.3.5. When I try to run vi or vim I get
the following windows error message:

"The procedure entry point bind_textdomain_codeset could not be located
in the dynamic link library cygintl.dll"

I haven't modified the system at all from the install. I'm happy to help
with this if anyone needs more information. I've not been able to find
anything in the archive about it.

uname -a:
CYGWIN_NT-5.0 ALEDT01 1.3.5(0.47/3/2) 2001-11-13 23:16 i686 unknown

ls -l /usr/bin/vim
-rwxr-xr-x    1 Administ None       851968 Nov  1 12:31 /usr/bin/vim
