Please forgive me, I think I am not asking a FAQ (feel free to flame if I am) I have found several sources of information, but in upgrading my cygwin1.dll from 1.3.2-1 to 1.3.5-3 my arrow keys have stopped working in vim. no other differences, just the dll. If you can either suggest where I can find help, or give any suggestions I would be most grateful.
