Subject: | dd disregards no-rewind |
The dd command is rewinding after a tape to disk copy, even though the no-rewind mount point is specified: dd if=/dev/ntape0 of=file1 bs=65500 This happens under Win2k using the latest 1.3.5 downloaded yesterday. It also occurs in 1.3.4 on another machine, also running Win2k. This has worked properly for me in the past, but I'm not sure which version, maybe 1.3.2 or 1.3.3. Can someone tell me which package contains dd, so I can try earlier version without reinstalling the entire cygwin. -- Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple Bug reporting: http://cygwin.com/bugs.html Documentation: http://cygwin.com/docs.html FAQ: http://cygwin.com/faq/
