I have compiled 'one' version, the only one I found, not used yet.
Do you want to test?

$ ./flex++ --help

Function: fast lexical analyzer generator C/C++  V2.3.8-7 (flex++),
 based on 2.3.8 and modified by coetmeur AT icdc DOT fr for c++

$ ./bison++ --version
bison++ Version 1.21-8, adapted from GNU bison by coetmeur AT icdc DOT fr
