Hmm.  I guess I could extract the man page from the tar file.  That
would be an expensive operation, though.

Thanks!  I enjoyed writing a CGI script in perl.  It was a lot more
relaxing that tracking down signal races in cygwin1.dll, even if I
had to learn more about apache than I really wanted to do this simple
thing...
