(*I would recommend the following be done by an A+ certified technician only!*) I once ran into that same dual connection error. I solved it by setting up RAS to untask the NAT portal interface to redirect to the other side of the frame router. On windows it's pretty simple. Remove every occurance of TCP/IP protocol and unload any nic/modem drivers. Go into my computer and add ANY Novell protocol and select a compatible driver and force it to install. Then just click >start< >run< >shutdown<. Do that repeatedly until the binary Novell bandorf interpreter internal to windows finally binds to TCP/IP over NetBios through the protocol you installed. Sometimes it takes a few dozen times, so be patient. It's all part of the OS's anti-redhat proactive code screening process. If you are on cable modem or dsl, somtimes it helps to cut the cable in half and twist the wires back together. If you use this method, make sure you electrical tape over the twists to ensure free electrons don't go spinning off the exposed wire and slow down your bandwidth. ----- Original Message ----- From: <Clint0616 AT aol DOT com> To: <cygwin AT cygwin DOT com> Sent: Sunday, November 11, 2001 7:17 AM Subject: Errors > No matter what sever I try to install/download from it says I'm connected > twice.
