I downloaded the latest cygwin yesterday (5. Nov '01) Findutils didn't contain "updatedb". Findutils from: http://familiehaase.de/cygwin.html does contain it however. I got the version from Gerrit Haase working by just untar-ing it in /. Please include updatedb in the original cygwin distribution.
