I have downloaded quite a bit of the Cygwin library, but for about a week,
the Setup.exe program throws an exception and bails right after I select the
mirror site.

I have tried deleting Setup.exe and downloading a fresh copy, but it just
doesn't work anymore.  I notice that you have added some packages to the web
site.  Have you exceeded the program's space alloted to the .INI file?
