Go to http://cygwin.com/ and click on "Install Cygwin Now".

The installation is not designed to be installed with winzip.  In
fact the words at the web site specifically instruct you not to
use winzip.

Btw, I sincerely doubt that your email address is correct.  There
is no "elcon" in the cygnus.com domain.
