I am on vacation but my first plan on the agenda is to see if the problem
exists inside an Xterm client coming from the remote host, not just a cygwin
msdos window or a local xterm.
But... just to standardize, why dont we all just go over to the Cygwin Xfree86
server just to get on a level playing field and then foist this instead of
hummingbird onto our employers.
My company, for one, has just fired 4 top execs, and offered packages to anyone
over 50 years.
They are hurting... might be willing to listen.
