Subject: vi with cygwin
Mime-Version: 1.0

with vi on the new cygwin,

when editing on a drive with the flags set for "microsoft text" ie: cr/lf
as EOL can vi be set to not display or modify the ^M at the end of line?

It seems to display it either way the drive is flagged.

A flag in .exrc or somewhere would be fine too.

Thanks.
