Subject: Re: fchdir prototype is missing from newlib

WARNING: fchdir doesn't work with 1.3.3. It is fixed in the CVS code
waiting release.

How is it broken? The following scenario shows how:

chdir("/some/dir/foo")
fd=open(".", RDONLY)
chdir("/some/dir/bar")
fchdir(fd) will not change to "/some/dir/foo" but remain in
"/some/dir/bar".

Earnie.
