OK, but we have to find somewhere else to put it.  I recommend it just
be tacked on to the end of <http://cygwin.com/history.html>.  This
page is also not up to date, and has no direct link to it (that I
found), except from the "What is it?" section of the FAQ.

I can attempt to do that myself.
