Subject: make 1944 proc_subproc: Couldn't duplicate my handle

MIME-Version: 1.0

I am getting this PID error while running a make script.

   make 1944 proc_subproc: Couldn't duplicate my handle<0x30> for pid 1704,
Win32 error 6

Does anyone have a solution or clue as to why I would get this.

I am running a version of Cygwin that I downloaded 2 weeks ago. The only
difference is that I kept gcc at an earlier version.
