Subject:	1.3.3 setup refuses proxy port number change

I select Use HTTP/FTP Proxy: on the Cygwin Setup window and enter the
proxy host: http://xxx.../proxy.pac and the port number for our proxy
server: 8080. The
next button brings up the same window with the port reset to 80 and the
selction
changed to Direct Connection. Setup can not make a connection without
the proxy server and it can't contact the proxy server with the wrong
port number.
