	Invoke setup.exe a second time to install the distribution
	to your harddisk.

	You need to choose at the second prompt:
	"Install from Internet"
	"Download from Internet"
	"Install from Local Directory" (-> to Local Directory)

	I do always at first "Download..."
	And at second "Install from Local Dir..."

	und deutsche Antwort:

	Das setup.exe Programm macht alles, Download, Speichern auf
	der lokalen Platte, Installieren des Cygwin Systems mit den
	Eintraegen in die Registry usw.

	Dazu muss entweder "Install from Internet" gewaehlt werden,
	das installiert alles direkt nach dem Download, oder wie ich
	es vorziehe, erst "Download from Internet" und dann setup.exe
	ein zweites Mal aufrufen und "Install from Local Directory" 
	auswaehlen.
