I'm still using the dinorsaur, B20.
The registry is stored in a different place.
Current cygwin : --Software--Cygnus Solusions--Cygwin
B20 : --Software--Cygnus Solusions--CYGWIN.DLL
I just installed both, and have no problem at all.
No conflicts.
