Hi, I am a newbie as far as cygwin is concerned. I went through some of the other posts and to get the syntax highlighting I entered the following in the .vimrc: set nocompatible set backspace=indent, eol, start syntax on colorscheme elflord Is there a way to specify and get highlighting for java core classes etc.?
