You can also use
:ext:username AT cvsserver DOT blah DOT com:/usr/local/cvsroot, or even
username AT cvsserver DOT blah DOT com:/usr/local/cvsroot, in which case it
will default to ext (or server).

The local username doesn't have to be the same as the remote one,
specially in case of anoymous cvs access.
