Dear Chuck,

The new ncurses package is  in  latest/latest/ncurses,  not  in typical  latest/ncurses.

terminfo is in both  latest/latest/terminfo  and  latest/terminfo
 
Could you please move them to the typical place?

I think that's easier to maintain the downloaded files.
