Subject: POSIX-LARGEFILE Support under Windows

I'm interested in using the POSIX LARGEFILE64_SOURCE support in Linux
and would also like to keep the code portable for Windows.  Does cygwin
under Windows support this also?  Any plans to support files > 2G?
