Subject:	Updated: dllhelpers-0.2.9 released

Since the new binutils now supports --enable-auto-import by default, 
I've updated dll-helpers to reflect that.  Also, I've added another 
example to the package "when_auto_import_fails" show one method of 
dealing with the "variable '<var>' can't be autoimported" error message.
