Hi! I'm trying to compile a c file with gcc. However, it stops and reports: "Conflicting versions of cygwin1.dll detected. Use only the most recent version." My system is: $ uname -a CYGWIN_NT-5.0 CPHIW0601 1.3.3(0.46/3/2) 2001-09-12 23:54 i686 unknown and the version of gcc was the the latest release (2.95.3-5) downloaded with setup. $ gcc test.c C:\CygWin\lib\gcc-lib\i686-pc-cygwin\2.95.3-5\cpp0.exe: *** conflicting versions of cygwin1.dll detected. Use only the most recent version. Is this a bug? /Henrik Bach _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp -- Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple Bug reporting: http://cygwin.com/bugs.html Documentation: http://cygwin.com/docs.html FAQ: http://cygwin.com/faq/
