Dear Sir,
I tried to install cygwin under a Microsoft Windows98 - Chinese; I
downloaded the setup, tried to install it from a local disk by click the
"Setup", clicked the right path but I got an error message "the program
carried out an illegal operation, close".
Please let me know what I should do to solve the problem.
