Dear Sirs,

this is only to advise that new version generates larger executables.

A simple 'Hello' FORTRAN program is not less than 410 kByte (before about 60).

My opinion is that the reason should be the size of some files. With
respect to previous 1.3.2 version, the libcygwin.a file size is (for
example) 2.3 MBytes instead of 824 kByte, probably due to a different
compiler optimization set.

Please could You reissue the distribution ?
