cygwin AT cygwin DOT com is the email address for reporting all manner of problems.
Telling people that they must subscribe before they send a general
question or bug report is not a good idea. It also isn't a good idea
for gdb, gcc, sourcenav, etc. for the same reason. Cygwin is not
unusual in this respect. All of the sources.redhat.com mailing lists
get spam. We block A LOT of it already but some gets through.
