Good question:-)

That will be in a future release of setup, then there will be also much 
more packages.

Hmmm, another answer posting to your question mentioned Mike's website 
where at least everything important for ssh is explained in detail.

The FAQ-Entry should really be there, if that is not the case,
(BTW i'm not an expert, just 'folks').
The new setup.exe is still in development and will be ready some
day, i hope soon.
