I use the WindowsNT User Manager for that.
After adding a user there with the needed rights,
i need to regenerate /etc/passwd

	$ mkpasswd -l > /etc/passwd
or:	$ mkpasswd -l | grep newusername

and insert it manually to /etc/passwd
