anyone else has this problem? can't set the exec bit on a file. (w,r works ok,
but not x).

bash-2.05$ chmod +x ./t.sh

bash-2.05$ ls -l t.sh
-rw-r--r--    1 Administ None          753 Aug 21 08:20 t.sh

bash-2.05$ uname -a
CYGWIN_NT-5.0 ME 1.3.2(0.39/3/2) 2001-05-20 23:28 i686 unknown
