Dear Sirs,

I have tried to install cygwin on an NT4.0 servicepack 6.0a system. I have 
tried both installing locally and from the internet (always using 
setup.exe). The problem is that the setup always hangs (100% CPU usage for 
> 10 minutes) when installing the file mingwm10.dll. Do you know how to get 
around this problem??
