Subject: "Cannot open terminal: cygwin."

I have sent a copy of a Cygwin-compiled app. to a colleague with an NT
box, along with cygwin1.dll, but when he runs it, it says "Cannot open
terminal: cygwin." and stops. Any ideas? (It works fine on my WIn98
machine.)
