Subject:	no fnmatch in 1.3.2

Hello,

  I'm trying to compile dpkg version 1.9.6 under cygwin version
1.3.2, but dpkg is looking for fnmatch.h and the fnmtach() routine.

There is no fnmatch.h in the /usr/include directory anywhere.

Do i have the wrong version of CYGWIN ?

Can someone help me solve this problem please?
