Hi Everybody I have installed the latest version of cygwin (including all the packages) on a i586 pc running windows 98. I want to build GCC (the compiler ,assembler, linker and other utilities)using sources. I have downloaded the latest version of sources for binutils and gcc. I have built binutils from sources, but the gcc fails building. Can somebody who have tried building from sources help me out in the same. Please enumerate the steps to be followed. thanks in advance Deepak _________________________________________________________ For Rs. 2,000,000 worth of Aptech scholarships click below http://events.rediff.com/aptechsch/scholarship.htm -- Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple Bug reporting: http://cygwin.com/bugs.html Documentation: http://cygwin.com/docs.html FAQ: http://cygwin.com/faq/
