Hi there.

I was wondering why can't I use passwd.exe? Upon using this, I've got
permission denied and win32 error "Error Starting Program: The PASSWD.EXE
file is linked to missing export NETAPI32.DLL:NetApiBufferFree".

Thanks for some explanation cause I'm just curious.
