Hi,

I loaded down help2man 1.24 from gnu and it is a perl script,
so it should work on cygwin with perl installed, but it doesn't.

$ ./help2man --output=multunil.1 ./multunil
help2man: can't get `--help' info from ./multunil

$ help2man --version
GNU help2man 1.24
