Hello,
I have the recent cygwin version, downloaded and installed with setup. I
tried to compile XEmacs 21.4.3. It runs but all commands that call
commands of cygwin (e.g. dired, diff ) give only one message:
"doing fork; bad file number". What did I wrong? Or does cygwin only run
well with WindowsNT?
TIA
   Karl
