I have Cygwin-b20 installed on my Windows ME machine. I use the tools for my
palm OS development.

I have been using it successfully all these days - but from yesterday, after
'I don't know what I did', bash.exe does not execute any more (nor do ANY of
the programs in H-i586../bin/ folders under cygwin)

The error I see whenever I run bash.exe (or cygnus.bat with MAKE_MODE =
UNIX) is this:

Here's what I did to attempt to fix
-----------------------------------------------

1. re--installed cygwin
2. re-installed WIndows ME!!!
3.then re-installed cygwin again

does not work :(

Please help me! even if you have a clue - it'll help me. What are the
possible issues? do I need to try something else?
