Actually the only thing !valid! now is the groups failure. This is a small
nit because it is only for Group names with spaces in them. Doesn't really
bother me. Patch anyone?

The IPC problems are related to a bad test. Needs to test for
d_semctl_semi_ds and d_semctl_semun which are not defined. The tests should
then skip but not fail.

Same thing for bad tests in lib/Unicode. Basically there isn't much to worry
about and this seems to be sailing smoothly.

A quick review of changelogs will show that recent cygwin patches have been
submitted by the pumpking who is also sporting cygwin on the weekends.
