Thank you for the reassurance that these are probably not "real" bugs.
I have found with other packages that tar.gz files with unfortunate
unix-style permissions trigger McAfee to report a bug that it can't name.
There is no readme file on http://www.cygwin.com although there are
at least 92 readmes in the installed download.
