Hi, I use Cygwin on Windows 98 and NT & Y2k and It works fine but it is possible
to have the same behaviour with inetd (ie in NT & Y2k there is no
Cygwin_syslog.txt: it is on the log manager only in 98 and Me) ,because I would
like to have always this file(cygwin_syslog.txt) on all OS because I need it to
make some actions.

thank you.
