Ok, this is a feature, not a bug. cygwin is changing the title of the
console window to the active program. The taskbar shows the window title as
well, so it changes too. As for getting rid of this behaviour, I suspect
someone needs to patch cygwin1.dll. I've got no suggestion as to the best
way to control this behaviour, and to the best of my knowledge it doesn'
work on NT at all - perhaps it could be considered obsolete and removed? I
don't know.. just rambling :]
