Hi.
I am trying to run inetutils under cygwin+NT4. I made all as in readme:
I have create local NT user 'ftp' without password, add cygwin user 'ftp',
clear file 'ftpusers'...
But when I try to enter as anonymous, I get:

<--- 331 Guest login ok, send your complete e-mail address as password.
---> PASS Administrator@
<--- 550 Can't set guest privileges.
---- Closing control socket
