Subject:	Starting daemons as NT Service

I am having trouble starting daemons) as an NT service.  However, the
inetd daemon starts successfully using the -install-as-service option.

Please point me to the documentation that will help me determine the
problem show below.

/home/lou] cygrunsrv -I cron -p /usr/sbin/cron.exe -a -D
/home/lou] cygrunsrv -S cron
cygrunsrv: Error starting a service: QueryServiceStatus:  Win32 error
1062:
The service has not been started.
