## Very limited testing but following worked
% cd ghostscript-6.51
% gunzip ghostscript-6.51.cygwin.mak.gz
% make -f ghostscript-6.51.cygwin.mak
% cd lib
% ../bin/gs -sDEVICE -dBATCH -sOutputFile=../tiger.pdf ../examples/tiger.pdf
