Someone doesn't want to debug!

But then again, nor do I.

It's not something new in this version though. I had it occur in the
previous version of setup. Maybe that was just me though. And I'd like to
add, it didn't occur all the time. Only during what appeared to heavy
traffic periods.

That's all I recall about it. I just ended up using a different mirror
anyways.

I just checked this and I can't see anything that would account for this
behavior.  It's hard to know for sure, though.  If someone wants to debug
the code and see if there is a missing closesocket() somewhere, that would
be very helpful.
