Whenver gcc is invoked in cygwin-1.3.1-1, the following error appears in a pop-up window: "The CPP0.EXE file is linked to missing export CYGWIN.DLL:getrlimit.", and the following is given in the console: gcc: installation problem, cannot exec `/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-cygwin/2.95.3-4 /cpp0.exe': Permission denied I used the setup.exe installer that comes with cygwin.
